Tralee based Daniel Griffin has designed a beautiful pair of fingerless gloves for Yarn Vibes. The shade pictured is Winding Stream from our Inis collection and is worsted weight. This pattern would suits both men and women.
For this set of fingerless mittens Daniel decided to add half fingers to the design to ensure the mittens are exceptionally warm and cozy. There is also the addition of a cable in this pair of mittens which match his hat design perfectly.
The colors that can be seen in his finished hat and mittens are always close to Daniel when he is knitting outdoors by the lake. The shades of greens and blues that can be seen are ever changing but also ever present.

Daniel Griffin is an Irish knitwear designer from Tralee in Co. Kerry. Daniel first began knitting when he broke his leg and needed something to occupy him while he recovered. He learnt to knit during this time and has not looked back since.
